Every entrant in the Icaro 2000 Helmet Photo & Video Competition will receive a prize of €25 in the form of a discount on a future purchase of an Icaro 2000 product, irrespective of whether or not the image is published.

If Icaro 2000 decides to publish the image on its digital channels, the value of the prize will be increased at Icaro 2000’s discretion, in accordance with the beauty and technical quality of your photo or video.

Rules

By sending us a fhoto or video you accept the following rules:
The attribution of prizes will be decided by Icaro 2000, and the company reserves all rights and discretion regarding its decisions on winners.
The winning photos and/or videos will be published on our website, with your name and copyright on the photo, or as a caption under the video.
Winners will be notified by email.

By sending us your photos and videos, you authorize us to utilize your images on our website, social media and newsletters and to publish your name, and you grant our company the right to publish this material free of charge, waiving rights pursuant to copyright legislation.
You warrant that your images are wholly original to you and not copied from other sources, and that they do not invade the privacy or property rights of third parties.

Copyright

By sending your images and/or videos, you declare that you are the sole owner and author of the images entered into the Competition. Images must be previously unpublished and must not have been entered into any other photo competitions. Normal digital processing, sharpening, colour balance adjustment and image enhancement are allowed, as long as the objective of processing is to create an image that looks natural.
Digital editing techniques permitted include rotating and cropping images, and adjusting exposure, contrast, colour, saturation and clarity.
Your images must not infringe on copyrights, trademarks or intellectual property rights of any third person or entity. They must not violate privacy rights, such as the use of copyrighted materials owned by third parties. The persons appearing in the images, if recognisable, must grant their permission to be portrayed, with a written and signed declaration. If the persons appearing in the images are under 18, they must have their parents’ or legal guardians’ consent.
Entrants understand that their information – photographer name, image description – may be shared on Icaro 2000’s media channels. Icaro 2000 reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not meet the competition requirements. Icaro 2000 cannot accept any responsibility for image files that are lost or damaged due to problems during data transmission.
Please do not submit original prints or films for entry into the competition.
Material received will not be returned.
Icaro 2000 cannot accept any responsibility for the loss of the entrants’ digital or physical material.
There is no limit to the number of times that entrants can submit photos and/or videos into the competition.
Icaro 2000 reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the competition.
Entrants understand that images submitted for the Icaro 2000 Helmet Photo & Video Competition may be used by Icaro 2000 free of charge, for marketing and promotional purposes, on all Icaro 2000’s media channels, in magazines and other print media.
Icaro 2000 cannot accept any responsibility for images that violate copyright regulations, and it will endeavour to exclude, remove and disqualify images that contravene such regulations.
The decision of Icaro 2000 with regard to the prize-winning images is final and non-negotiable.
